1.3. The processing of the Buyer’s personal data is regulated by the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts governing the collection of such data.

2. Collection, Processing, and Storage of Personal Data

2.1. The online store www.drexy.lt respects the Buyer’s right to privacy, therefore the Buyer’s personal data is collected and processed solely for the purposes of:

2.1.1. Processing the Buyer’s orders;

2.1.2. Issuing financial documents;

2.1.3. Resolving issues related to the presentation or delivery of goods;

2.1.4. Fulfilling other contractual obligations.

2.2. During registration in the online store, the Buyer is requested to provide complete and correct personal data.

2.3 Payments in the online store are processed using the makecommerce.lt platform, operated by Maksekeskus AS (Liivalaia 45, Tallinn 10145, Estonia, reg. no.: 12268475), therefore your personal information required for the execution and confirmation of the payment will be transferred to Maksekeskus AS.

3. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

3.1. www.drexy.lt reserves the right to transfer information to third parties only:

3.1.1. In accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Modification or Updating of Personal Data

4.1. The Buyer has the right to modify and update the information provided in the registration form;

4.2. www.drexy.lt must have complete and up-to-date information about the Buyer in order to effectively fulfill the Buyer’s requirements.

5. Processing of Personal Data

5.1. The Buyer agrees that the personal data voluntarily provided in the registration form will be processed in accordance with these rules.

6. Changes to the Rules

6.1. www.drexy.lt reserves the right to partially or completely change the “Privacy Policy” by giving notice thereof.
