Mulberry silk is the world’s highest quality natural silk, produced by silkworms fed exclusively on mulberry leaves. This silk stands out not only for its exceptional softness but also for its durability, subtle sheen, and the fact that it is extremely gentle, even on sensitive skin.
19 mm (Momme) is considered an exceptionally high-quality silk standard, perfect for pajamas, nightwear, or bedding. It is durable enough to last a long time, yet remains lightweight, soft, and breathable.
Washing
  • By hand – gently, in cold or lukewarm water (up to 30 °C).
  • Use a mild detergent designed for silk or delicate fabrics.
  • Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals.
  • Do not rub or wring – only gently submerge and rinse.

Drying
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Lay flat on a towel, gently press to remove excess water, then let it dry naturally in the shade, away from direct sunlight.

Ironing
  • Iron on the reverse side if needed, at a low temperature (silk setting).
  • Use a damp pressing cloth between the silk and the iron to prevent shiny marks.

Storage
  • Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Avoid humid areas – silk requires breathability and cleanliness.
  • Do not fold for long periods if possible, to prevent permanent creases.
